Meet the founder
Jennifer Afolabi is the Founder and Chief Consulting Officer of Sentinel Management Consulting Limited, where she brings a global perspective and a solutions-oriented mindset to human capital consulting. With professional experience spanning three continents and four countries, she combines cultural fluency with business acumen to deliver talent strategies that work across industries and career levels. Jennifer began her career in consulting, successfully leading and supporting projects in recruitment, HR operations, and strategic advisory. Her track record includes sourcing and headhunting talent across sectors from entry-level to executive leadership and designing hiring processes with precision and data-informed reporting. At Sentinel, she is committed to helping businesses grow safely and sustainably through thoughtful hiring. She believes that the right talent is foundational to long-term success and treats every client engagement with strategic care and professionalism.
